Candidate Consideration Process

Working with Medical Office Setup is a rewarding and lucrative business opportunity and we are fully committed to the success of every member of our extended business family. To be considered for our investment opportunity, candidates will follow along the steps below. The average timeline to complete the entire process including the opening of your new office is 5-6 months.

Step 1:  Discovery Call - Review & Pre-Qualification

During this beginning phase, we engage in conversation about how you’ve heard of Medical Office Setup and why you’re looking into an investment opportunity. We also like to learn what life experiences or skill sets you feel make you a strong candidate. We discuss at a high level the office setup process, as well as the expectations we have for our clients and partners. We then discuss and explain the financial qualification requirements. After your discovery call, we’ll schedule two additional calls with you. The second call will be a virtual 'face-to-face' video conference where we will take a deeper dive into the inner workings of the business, such as practice structures and financial projections. The third call will be dedicated solely to answering any questions or addressing any concerns you may have.


Timeframe: 3-5 Days

Step 2:  Application

At MOS, we believe success in intentional. The application phase is designed to put your words into action and illustrate how you've prepared for success. Where do you want to be in five years, both personally and professionally? Will you be involved in the business? How do you plan to fund the investment? What are your goals and aspirations when owning a medical practice? Based on what we discovery in steps 1 and 2, we will discuss whether we feel you are a good fit for what we offer, and if so, the practice structures best aligned to your goals. If you have a partner or spouse who is part of the decision making process, now is the time to loop them in.


Timeframe: 10-14 Days

Step 3: Acceptance

Congrats! Your application has been accepted and you are ready to move to the next step. From here, you'll be sent disclosure documents. In these documents we lay out the expectations of what you’re required to do and what you can expect from us. We'll also list the exact financial outlay, previously discussed, in black and white. We typically give you a full week to review the documentation and write down any questions you might have. A follow up phone call is then scheduled to go through your questions in detail in preparation for closing.


Timeframe: 7-14 Days

Step 4: Project Commencement

Everything has been leading up to this moment! The beginning of this phase starts with signing of the service agreement and payment of investment fees. You'll then be introduced to your project manager and be briefed in finer detail about what to expect in the coming days and weeks, as well as asked to provide information and resources necessary to get started. From there, we take the reigns and get the project under way, including you in as much or as little of the process as you desire. The end result is a fully staffed and operational healthcare practice ready to generate a return on your investment!

Medcare Outpatient is a multi speciality outpatient clinic specializing in Family Medicine,
